The Project Area is .outlined in this darker <br /> <br />line, essentially comprising the river drainages of the <br /> <br />Conejos River, Alamosa Creek and Rio Grande drainage. This <br /> <br />project Area includes portions of Hinsdale County, Archuleta <br /> <br />County, Conejos County, Rio Grande County, and Mineral County. <br /> <br />By legal definition, or by qefinition, all the <br /> <br />counties adjacent to these are also. considered counties that <br /> <br />could possibly <br />. d J <br />as requ~re J,Jy <br /> <br />be ax.fected by the operations; and,consequently, <br /> <br />the state statutes, notice is to be published <br /> <br />in those counties also; and these counties are Costilla, <br /> <br />Alamosa, Saguache, Gunnison, Ouray, San Juan and La Plata. <br /> <br />MR.
