<br />AUGUST 3.Qth - QPBEA'I'ION~ DAY 1t50~ An isolated late afternoon <br />severe thunderstor~ built quickly in south-central Hamilton County <br />over the Stanton-Hamilton County line. All a1rcraft were ecrambled <br />to the storm at 5:55 p.m. with seeding beginning at 6:17 p.m. As <br />the storm moved eastward, new cloud growth built peralstentl-y on <br />the storm's northwestern side, tOward Syracuse. Two other planes <br />joined in seeding at 6:25 and 6:49 p.m. The fourth plane, flying <br />up from Dodge City, did not get a chance to sead the storm becauee <br />of the storm's rapid eol-lapse by 7 p.m. Two planes' flights ended <br />at 7:03 p.m. while two others patroled the storm until 1:05 p.m. <br />before ending.
