The <br />two percent statutory fee for a commercial program shall be <br />calculated upon, and shall be payable within 30 days following the <br />completion of this project. <br /> <br />The granting of this permit renewal is made expressly <br />contingent upon your check for the permit fee being cleared by <br />your bank when presented for payment.
