<br />DECISION AND PERMIT - Page 2 <br /> <br />6. The applicant has not yet furnished proof of financial responsibility <br />requited by C.R.S. 197336-20-112 (1) (c). <br /> <br />7. The appli<:.ant has submitted a complete operational plan meeting the <br />requirements of C.R.S. 1973 36-20-112 (1) (d). <br /> <br />8. The applicant, a California corporation, has not furnished proof that <br />it is in good standing with the Secretary. of State of the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />9. The procedures of C.R.S. 1973 36-20-112 (1) (e), (2) and (3) are waived <br />in accordance with C.R.S. 1973 36-20-114. <br /> <br />PERMIT GRANTED <br /> <br />A Weather Modification Permit is hereby issued to the applicant, such permit <br />being applicable solely to the operation described in the application and subject to <br />the terms and conditions and period of time herein described. <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The permit herein granted is limited by and subject to the following terms and <br />condi tions. <br /> <br />1. The operation shall be conducted strictly as described in the application. <br />Deviations from tbe application which may become necessary due to unforeseen circum- <br />stances shall not be exercised without prior approval of the Executive Director. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall submit written biweekly reports throughout the period <br />of this permit summarizing the project's activities and results. The reports shall <br />specifically note compliance with the conditions of this permit and shall contain a <br />special section noting any proposed or actual deviations from said conditions and the <br />circumstances of the approval thereof as required in paragraph I of these TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS. A "final operational report, preliminary scientific evaluation and final <br />complete scientific evaluation shall be filed with the Executive Director in accordance <br />with C.R.S. 1973 36-20-117 (3). <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall develop information as to ,the effect, if any, its <br />operation may have upon the Colorado State University operation in the area of Climax, <br />Colorado. Prior to conducting any operations that may have such an effect the <br />applicant shall notify the Executive Director and Vincent R. Scheetz, Department of <br />Atmospheric Science, Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521, of such <br />possible effect. The applicant shall fully inform and shall coordinate all of its <br />operations with Mr. Scheetz, <br /> <br />PERIOD <br /> <br />The period of this permit shall commence upon the mailing, postage prepaid) <br />of the following items to the Executive Director, Department of ,Natural Resources, <br />State of Colorado, Room 103, 1845 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br /> <br />1. The portion of the required fees which are still outstanding as described <br />herein; two hundred dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br />2. Proof of financial responsibility with all of the requirements of <br />C.R.S. 1973 36-20..112 (1) (e). <br /> <br />3. Proof that the applicant is currently qualified as a foreign corporation <br />authorized to do business in the State of Colorado. <br />
