<br />DECISION AND PERMIT-Page'5 <br /> <br />10. The Applicant sh~ll submit Proof. of Financial Responsibility through a <br />prepaid insurance policy of $1 million in accordance with the provisfons of <br />C.R.S. 1973 36-20-112(1) (c) before 'this permit is valid. This amount may be <br />adjusted by the Executive Director. <br /> <br />11. The State reserves the right to audit the books and records of the <br />applicant. Said right to audit shall extend for a period of two years after <br />the termination date of 'this permit. <br /> <br />12. The Applicant shall forward any additional Proof of Publication of Notice <br />of Intent to modify the weather not presented to the Executive Director during <br />the above mentioned hearing. . <br /> <br />13. If any cloud seeding operation is projected to have an impact on the State <br />of Wyoming or the State of Utah, .the Applicant shall give full prior notice of <br />such seeding to the Governor's Office, of the State of Wyoming or the State of <br />Utah and submit written confirmation of seeding notice to the Executive Director-. <br /> <br />14. Except as modified by the TERMS 'AND CONDITIONS herein, the Applicant shall <br />strictly conform'to the operational plan as set forth in 'his application. <br /> <br />15. Violation or deviation of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this permit may <br />result in revocation or suspension of the permit s provided by law. <br /> <br /> <br />Harris D.
