<br />duct weather modltic.ation operations within the
<br />'e of Colorado and within the areas hereinafter
<br />'e SpeCifically stated. The Applicant shall can-
<br />t such operations for and on behalf of Utah Water
<br />earch Laboratory, UMC'2, Utah State Unlver-
<br />, Logan, Utah 84322 and Division of Atmospheric
<br />Durces Research, Bureau of ReClamation, P.O.
<br />25007, Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado
<br />5. Geoffrey E. Hill presently holds Wepther
<br />jlfication License No, 85-1 and shall be In control
<br />1e weather mOdification project. The additional
<br />ion who shall be in control Of the weather
<br />Iitication prolect for the Applicant is Brad Miller
<br />I holds Weather Modification Lic~n5e No. 85-2.
<br />he primary Target Area of the operations for
<br />ch a Weather Modification Permit Is sought )s
<br />cribed.- as follows: an area of the Grand Mesa
<br />teau lying south of a line between Grand Junction
<br />I Rifle In Garfield County.
<br />he general area beyond the Primary Target Area
<br />ich may reasonably be expected to be affected by
<br />weather modification operations for which a

<br />owing counties within the State of Colorado:
