<br />AS 36-20.123. Legal reeo~rse . liability - damases. (1) The mere dissemi.

<br />of a permit. shall constitute negligence per ~e.
<br />(b) The dircctor, may order any pcrson who is found to be conducting
<br />a weather modification operation without a license and permit (0 cense ;md
<br />desist from said operation, Failure 10 obey said order shall constitute a mis-
<br />demeanor and is punishable as provide~ in seclion 36-20-126. '

<br />AMENDEDmakes a false :slatement in the application for a license or permit. or who
<br />. fails to file any rcport as required by this article. or who co~ducts any
<br />weather modification operation after revocation of a license Of. den.I~I. reVOCa-
<br />tion. modification. or temporary suspension of a permit for operallon. or who
<br />, violates any other provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor a~d.
<br />upon conviction thereof. shall be punished by a flne of nol more than five
<br />thousand dollars. or by imprisonment in the county jail for n~t m?re than
<br />six months. or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each such Violation shall
<br />be a separate offcnse. '
