A final operational rcf. <br />along with n preliminary scientific evaluati.on of the praject shall be filed <br />later than thirty days after the compietion nf the project. A final comp: <br />scienlific evaluation of the project shall be filed no later than one hund <br />eighly days after the completion of the project.
