<br />36.20-117. Reports of iieensee. (\J In order to aid in research I
<br />development in weather modification and to aid in the proleetion of life I
<br />property or Ihe environment, any pel'son canducting any weather mot
<br />cation apcrnlion in Colonll.la or elscwhere by undertaking opcrations wit
<br />Culorado shall file such reports at such time and in the manner and i,
<br />liS shall be required by regulation of the direelor. .
<br />(2) Report fOrlns may be developed by the director on the advice of
<br />advisory committee and ~h~lI include basic recards showing; The met]
<br />employed, lhe type of equipment used. the kind and amount .of each mate
<br />used. the limes and places the equipment is .operated. the n<line and addr
<br />of each individual, other than the licensee. wha participates .or assists in
<br />.operation. any environmental effects realized or suspected to have oceurr
<br />and :ll1Y other n"c.cessary data he may require. .
<br />(3) The direclor shall require written biweekly reparts summarizing
<br />praject's activilies and intended results while the 'praject is actually in O{
<br />alian, and he shall require a written finnl operational report and a wril
<br />final report evaluating. the project, or an annual, .operational report and
<br />annual project evaluation, as the case may be. A final operational rcf.
<br />along with n preliminary scientific evaluati.on of the praject shall be filed
<br />later than thirty days after the compietion nf the project. A final comp:
<br />scienlific evaluation of the project shall be filed no later than one hund
<br />eighly days after the completion of the project. An annual summary ref
<br />sholl! he filed sixt), dnys prior to the renewal of a permit under the provisi,
<br />of sectiun 36-20-114 (2). All such reports are declared to be public reco
<br />subject to the provisions and limitations of part 2 of article 72 of title
<br />C.R.S. 1973.
