Weather forecasts or actual storms produce <br /> <br />unusually heavy precipitation that could contribute <br /> <br />to avalanches or severe weather conditions in the <br /> <br />project area; <br /> <br />b. The Colorado Avalanche Information Center issues an <br /> <br />avalanche forecast warning in the target area; or <br /> <br />c. The Director orders suspension of seeding for any <br /> <br />reason. <br /> <br />7. The pe.rmittee shall consult with the Colorado Avalanche <br /> <br />Information Center prior to seeding and inform the <br /> <br />-4- <br />
