Figure 1 is a sketch map of the target area. <br /> <br />3. Seeding will be conducted only under conditions when <br />seeding is likely to be beneficial in the targ~t area. <br /> <br />4. Not more than 15 ground based generators shall be <br /> <br />used. The permittee shall provide the Director of the <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (the Director) with a <br /> <br />description of the specific location of each generator. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />with reference to roads. buildings. or other physical <br /> <br />landmarks. and the name. address. and telephone number <br /> <br />of each operator before seeding commences in February. <br /> <br />1990. Any subsequent change in the location of <br /> <br />generators or of operators shall require the prior <br /> <br />written approval of the Director. <br /> <br />5. The permittee shall suspend seeding operations if the <br /> <br />average of the snowpacK accumulations at the McClure <br /> <br />Pass (07K 09S). Mesa Lakes (OSK 04S). North Lost Trail <br /> <br />(07K OlS). or Park Reservoir (07K 06S) Snotel <br /> <br />snowcourse sites exceeds: <br /> <br />a. 200% of average on December 31st. <br /> <br />b. 175% of average on January 31st. <br /> <br />-<- <br />
