Applicant shall participate with the Citizens Advisory Council <br />established by the Department of Natural Resources 1n accordance with <br />this paragraph. A local Citizen Advisory Council may be selected to <br />period1cally rev1ew the cloud seeding operat10n and give advice on . <br />aspects of the operation over Colorado. <br /> <br />12. The state reserves the right to audit the books and records of <br />the Applicant for a period of two years after the termination of this <br />permit. <br /> <br />13. If any cloud seeding operation is projected to have an impact <br />on a neighboring state, the Applicant shall give full prior notice of <br />such seed1ng to the Governor's Off1ce of the State and subm1t wr1tten <br />confirmation of seeding notice to the Executive Director. <br /> <br />14. Except as modified by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS here1n, the <br />Applicant shall strictly conform to the operational plan as set forth in <br />his application. <br /> <br />15. <br />permit may <br />by law. <br /> <br />Violation or deviation of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this <br />result in revocation or suspension of the permit as provided <br /> <br />iHk <br /> <br />David H.
