A summary of form WH3 indicating on which days and from which <br />generators seeding occurred in the project area and the <br />intended results bi-weekly: <br /> <br />1) to the Oepartment of Natural Resources, <br />2) to newspapers in the project area (including the Vail <br />Trail, the leadville Herald DemDcrat, and the <br />leadvIlle Carbonate ChronIcle), <br />3) to the Colorado state Patrol and the Colorado <br />Avalanche Information Center. <br /> <br />c. A copy of the daily Worksheet Decision Summary Notification <br />form on which seed/no seed decisions are based and the form <br />indicating the parameter data Information requested and <br />utilized In making avalanche suspension decisions: <br /> <br />to the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />d. C.R.S. S 36-20-117(3) specifies a written final Dperatlonal <br />report and a written final repDrt, evaluating the project, or <br />an annual operatIonal report and an annual project evaluatIon, <br />as the case may be. A final operational report along with a <br />prelimInary scientific evaluation of the prDject shall be <br />filed no later than thirty days after the completion of the <br />project. A final complete scientific evaluation of the <br />project shall be filed no later than one hundred eighty days <br />after the completion of the project. An annual summary report <br />shall be filed sixty days prior to the renewal of a permit <br />under the provisions of C.R.S. S 36-20-114(2) tD the Executive <br />DlrectDr of the Department of Natural Resources. A <br />contributIon to the Department of Natural Resources Weather <br />Modification Project Research Fund, appropriate to the project <br />and determined by the Director will meet the complete <br />scIentIfIc evaluatIon of the project requIrement. All such <br />reports are public records sUbject to the provisions and <br />limitations of part 2 of article 72 of title 24. C.R.S. <br /> <br />11. TD comply with the minimum guidelines for coordination of this <br />project with other State weather modification projects the Applicant <br />shall: <br /> <br />a. notify the designated representative of the Department of <br />Natural ReSDurces each day seeding occurs of the location, <br />time, and rate of proposed seeding. <br /> <br />b. notify any other operator authorized to modify the weather In <br />the State durIng the designated time period before and after <br />cloud seeding operations. <br />
