<br />D. Will not adversely affect other weather modification projects being <br />conducted in the State of Colorado, and <br /> <br />E. Is designed to minimize risk and maximize scientific gains or economic <br />benefits to the residents of the area and of the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />DECISION <br /> <br />In consideration of the requirements of section 36-20-112, c.R.S., and the above <br />stated findings, it is hereby determined that a weather modification permit shall be issued <br />to the applicant subject to such terms and conditions as are set forth in the permit.
