Colorado weather modification licenses for calander year 1992 for John R. <br />Thompson and Danny A. Risch. <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />1. Application for a new weather modification permit dated August 28, 1992 for <br />ground based winter cloud seeding operations has been properly made by <br />North American Weather Consultants of Salt Lake City, Utah. <br /> <br />2. The sponsor of the project is the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District of Loveland, Colorado. <br /> <br />3. The persons in charge of the project for North American Weather Consultants <br />will be John R. Thompson and Danny A Risch, who hold valid Colorado <br />weather modification licenses for calendar year 1992. <br /> <br />4. The applicable permit fee is $100.00, which has been paid by check, plus two <br />percent of the final amount paid to the applicant for work to be performed <br />under the permit issued even date herewith. <br /> <br />5. Proof of financial responsibility has been provided by the applicant by means <br />of a Certificate of Insurance issued by Aviation Insurance Associates, Inc., <br /> <br />2 <br />
