A monthly summary report on Form WM3, or a summary thereof, <br />indicating the times on which days each of the hail cannons were used. <br /> <br />C. An annual report shall be f1!ed no later than October 31 of each year for <br />the preceding operations. The annual report shall include a complete <br />record of operations, a scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of the <br />project: in the target .area, any impacts intl}e. area reasonably expected to <br />be.effected, :anilany recoII1riu~rtded changes.in the operating plan. <br /> <br />All such reports shall be public records subject to the provisions and limitations <br />of Part 2 of Article 72 of Title 24, CRS. <br /> <br />The monthly summary reports shall be submitted in a timely manner to the <br />following entities: <br /> <br />1) Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> <br />2) Colorado Division of Wildlife District Office <br /> <br />The annual report shall be submitted in a timely manner to the above named <br />entities and the following additional entities: <br /> <br />3) Saguache County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />4) Rio Grande County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />5) Alamosa County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />6) HOll. The permittee shall refrain from indiscriminate operations, which may be <br />grounds for revocation of this permit.
