You mal <br />apply to renew the permit subject to the permit renewal requirements of section 36-20-114(2), CRS, <br />and subject to the Colorado Weather Modification Rules and Regulations. Future year's operations <br />will be considered for a three month period from June 15 through September 15 in 1997, 1998, 1999, <br />and 2000. A decision to renew the permit will depend on a review of your operations during the <br />first year and other data as appropriate. <br /> <br />We understand that management of the project will be under the direct control of Mr. Micheal <br />John Eggars of Center, Colorado.
