The applicant, in cooperation with the Director, shall develop a continuing monitoring <br />program to detect and evaluate any impacts, the monitoring program shall include, at <br />as a minimum, the following elements: <br /> <br />(1) The establishment of a control area that lies within the same weather <br />patterns at the target area, but is unaffected by the operation, <br />(2) Monitoring sound levels, citizen complaints, hail, and precipitation as <br />ram, <br />(3) Routine reporting to the Director. <br /> <br />10. Attach documents executed on behalf of insurance or surety cOlI\Panies indicating that the <br />applicant has secured liability insurance or surety bonds of at least $1000000.00. <br /> <br />Applicant has included a true and correct copy of documents evidencing Applicant's <br />Commercial General Liability Insurance.(Attachment B; commercial general liability insurance <br />certificate showing coverage limits in the amount of $500,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 <br />aggregate) <br /> <br />4 <br />
