The maximum rate of release of silver iodide from any single generator will be limited to the <br />rate reasonably necessary to achieve the intended results in the target area. <br /> <br />5. The actual snowpack as measured by selected automated "snotel" sites and snow-courses <br />will be compared with the 30-year long term average suspension criteria on a weekly basis <br />(which is more frequent than the more traditional monthly basis). <br /> <br />6. The applicant must pay the annual commercial fee estimated in the first year at 2% of <br />$25,000 = $500. <br /> <br />7. The applicant must prepare written monthly progress reports and a final report at the end of <br />the project in accordance with the requirements of the permit. <br /> <br />8. The weather modification permit shall be further subject to such other terms and conditions <br />as are set forth in the permit. <br /> <br />9.
