6. The app 1 i cant shall submit wri tten weekly reports to the Executi ve Di rector
throughout the period of this permit summarizing the project's activities and results.
The reports shall specifically note compliance with the conditions of this permit and
shall contain a special section noting any proposed or actual deviations from said
conditions and the circumstances of the approval thereof as required in paragraph 1
of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

7. The permittee shall give advance notice of all seeding operations and submit
weekly reports, to. the Colorado Water Conservati on Board and Colorado State Uni versi ty.
Said notice may be by'telephone but must be confirmed by written, communication.

8. The permittee shall give advance notice of all seeding operations and submit
weekly reports to every other weather modification permittee within the State of
Colorado to allow for coordination of different weather modification operations. Said
notice may be by telephone but must be confirmed by written communication.

g. The permittee will select a panel of citizens in the project area to advise
the permittee and the Executive Director of weather modificaiton activities. Said
'committee shall include a staff member of the Colordao Division of Wildlife and insure
broad geographlc representation within the project area. The names of panel members
shall be forwarded to the Executive Director., Weekly reports shall be sent to
members of the panel. , ' \'

10. The permittee shall consult with the U.S. Forest Service and State Highway
Patrol, both before and afrer seeding operations on avalanche conditions and shall
submit weekly reports at both agencies.

11. The permittee shall submit Proof of Financial'Responsibility through a prepaid
insurance policy of $1 million in accordance with the provisions of C.R.S. 1973
36-20-112 (1) (c) before this permit is valid. The name of the State of Colorado
shall be included as a co-insured within'the insurance policy.

12. The permittee shall forward any additional Proof of Publication of Notice of
Intent to modify the weather, not presented to the Executive Director during the above
mentioned hearings.

13. Violation or deviation of the Term~ and Conditions of this permit may result
in revocation or suspension of the permit as provided by law.,
