Director orders suspension of seeding. <br /> <br />6. Applicant shall consult with the Colorado Avalanche Information Center <br />prior to seeding and inform the Colorado State Highway Patrol (Denver <br />Dispatch Office) when seeding occurs. <br /> <br />7. Prior to beginning, the Applicant shall inform the Colorado state <br />Patrol and county and municipal officials in the.project area of the <br />procedures for seeding. <br /> <br />a. Applicant shall submit at leastb..icea month to the Executive <br />Director: <br /> <br />o copies of WM3 including number of balloons released and <br />seeding times. <br /> <br />o a summary of form WM3 indicating on which days seeding <br />occurred. <br /> <br />b. Applicant also shall submit weekly reports on cloud seeding <br />. activity to the Grand Junction Sentinel and the Delta County <br />Independent newspapers. <br /> <br />c. C.R.S. 5 36-20-117(3) specifies that the Applicant provid0 to <br />the Executive Director "a written final operational report and <br />a written final report evaluating the project, or an annual <br />project evaluation. as the case may be. A final operational <br />report along with a preliminary scientific evaluation of the <br />project shan be fi"led no later than thirty days after the <br />completIon' of the project. A final complete scientific <br />evaluation of the project shall be filed no later than one <br />hundred eighty days after the completion of the project. An <br />annual summary report shall be filed sixty days pr.lor to the <br />renewal of a permIt under the provisions of C.R.S. ~ <br />36-20-114(2). An such reports are declared to be public <br />records subj ect to the provi s ions and 1 imitations of pa rt 2 of <br />artIcle 72 of title 24, C.R.S. 1973." <br /> <br />8. To comply with the minimum guidelines for coordination of this <br />project with other State weather modification projects the Applicant <br />shall : <br /> <br />a. notify and provide appropriate information on location. time <br />and seedIng rates to the designated representative of the <br />Department of Natural Resources each day seeding is proposed; <br />
