<br />and the following additional entities: <br /> <br />5. Colorado Division of Wildlife District Office <br />6. Colorado Climate Center, Colorado State University <br />7. Colorado Groundwater Management Districts in the Northern High <br />Plains Designated Ground Water Basin (Sand Hills, X-Y, Central <br />Yuma, Arikaree, Plains, and Eastern Cheyenne) as may be requested. <br /> <br />10. The permittee shall: <br /> <br />A. Refrain from indiscriminate seeding activities or over seeding, which may be <br />grounds for revocation of this permit, <br /> <br />B. Send copies of the "Western Kansas Weather Modification Program Weekly <br />Newsletter" to the county commissions of the Colorado counties in the <br />operational area, and <br /> <br />C. Cooperate with the State of Colorado should it decide to establish a rain gage <br />network in Colorado to monitor precipitation in the operational area. <br /> <br />11. The State reserves the right to examine and audit the daily logs, books, and records <br />of the permittee concerning the project which is the subject of this permit for a period <br />of five years after the termination date of this permit. <br /> <br />12. The permittee shall be responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, or other <br />approvals, and for filing all notices or reports, required by federal, state, or local laws <br />in addition to this permit. <br /> <br />13. The total fee for this permit for 1998 shall be $200, which sum the permittee has <br />already paid. <br /> <br />14.
