: after cloud seeding operations. (At the time of granting
, this permit, no other seeding operations are planned in
Colorado during the dates of this project.).

b. obtain current information about cloud'seedlng programs in
neighboring states and inform the Department of Natural
Resources whether or not they might affect seeding rates and
conditions of this program.

c. refrain from indiscriminate seeding activities or
overseeding, which may be grounds for revocation of this
permit.

d. present any disputes or conflicts between this operation and
other operations within or outside Colorado to the Executive
Director for resolution.

lD. Applicant shall participate with the Citizens Advisory Council
established by the'Department of Natural Resources in accordance with
this paragraph. A local Citizen Advisory Council may be selected to
periodically review the cloud seeding operation and give advice on
aspects of the operation over Colorado.

11. The state reserves the right to audit the books and records of
the Applicant for a period of two years after the termination of this
permit.

12. If any cloud seeding operation is projected to have an impact
on a neighboring state, the Applicant shall give full prior notice of
such seeding to the Governor's Dffice of the state and submit written
confirmation of seeding notice to the Executive Director.

13. Except as modified by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS herein, the
Applicant shall strictly conform to the operational plan as set forth in
his application.

14. Violation of or deviation from the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of
this permit may result in revocation or suspension of the permit as
provided by law.
