<br />,WEATHER MODIFICATION PERMIT <br /> <br />WY 85-6 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />6. Applicant shall suspend seeding operations If: <br /> <br />a. Weather forecasts or actual storms produce unusually heavy <br />precipitation or severe weather conditions In the project <br />area. . <br /> <br />b. The Executive Director orders suspension of seeding activity <br />over Colorado. <br /> <br />7. Safeguards against hazardous effects, Paragraph 6.0, <br />Operational Plan, shall be followed. <br /> <br />8. Applicant shall submit reports on cloud seeding activity. <br /> <br />a. Form WM3 - indicating dates and hours of all seeding flights <br />over Colorado and the Intended results bl-weekly to: <br /> <br />the Department of Natural Resources <br /> <br />b. <br />. <br /> <br />A summary of form WM3 Indicating on which days and over <br />which counties In Colorado seeding flights occurred and the <br />Intended results bl-weekly to: <br /> <br />the Department of Natural Resources <br />newspapers In Cheyenne, Kiowa, Prowers and Baca Counties <br /> <br />c. As specified in C.R.S. S 36-20-117(3) a written final <br />operational report, evaluating the project, or an annual <br />operational report and an annual project evaluation, as the <br />case may be. A final operational report along with a <br />preliminary scientific evaluation of the project shall be <br />filed no later than thirty days after the completion of the <br />project. A final complete scientific evaluation of the <br />project shall be filed no later than one hundred eighty days <br />after the completion of the project. An annual summary <br />report shall be filed sixty days prior to the renewal of a <br />permit under the provisions of C.R.S. S 36-20-114(2). All <br />such reports are public records subject to the provisions <br />and limitations of part 2 of article 72 of title 24, C.R.S. <br />to: <br /> <br />9.
