<br />requirements of section 36-20-112(1)(d), C.R.S. <br /> <br />12. The project, under the terms and conditions of the permit: <br /> <br />A. Is conceived to provide, and offers promise of providing, an economic benefit <br />to the primary target area, <br /> <br />B. Is reasonably expected to benefit the people in the primary target area, <br /> <br />C. Is scientifically and technically feasible, <br /> <br />D. Does not involve a high degree of risk of substantial harm to land, people, <br />health, safety, property, water rights, or the environment. <br /> <br />E. Includes adequate safeguards to prevent substantial damages to land, <br />property, water rights, people, health, safety, or the environment, and <br /> <br />F. Is designed to minimize risk and maximize economic benefits to the residents <br />of the primary target area. <br /> <br />DECISION <br /> <br />In consideration of the requirements of section 36-20-112, C.R.S., and the above stated <br />findings, it is hereby detennined that a weather modification permit shall be issued to the applicant <br />subject to such terms and conditions as are set forth in the pennit. Said pennit shall be denominated <br />Pennit No. 95-5 and shall be for the period from May 20, 1995, through September 30, 1995, with <br />conditional approval given for future year's operations from April 15 through September 30 of 1996, <br />1997,1998, and 1999, subject to the pennit renewal requirements of section 36-20-114(2), CRS., <br />and of the Colorado Weather Modification Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />Daries C.
