c. C.R.S. 536-20-117(3) specIfIes a wrItten fInal operatIonal
report and a wrItten fInal report. evaluatIng the project.
or an annual operatIonal report and an annual project
evaluatIon. as the case may be. A fInal operatIonal report
along wIth a prelImInary scIentIfIc evaluatIon of the
project shall be fIled no later than thIrty days after the
completIon of the project. A fInal complete scIentIfIc
evaluatIon of the project shall be fIled no later than one
hundred eIghty days after completIon of the project. An
annual summary report shall be fIled sIxty days prIor to
the renewal of a permIt under the provIsIons of C.R.S.
536-20-114(2) to the ExecutIve DIrector of the Oepartment
of Natural Resources. All such reports are publIc records
subject to the provIsIons and lImItatIons of part 2 of
ArtIcle 72 of TItle 24, C.R.S.

10. The applIcant shall do the followIng to coordInate thIs project wIth
other weather modIfIcatIon projects In Colorado.

a. notIfy other operator(s) authorIzed to modIfy the weather
In Colorado If thIs project 1s expected to adversely affect
other projects.

b. obtaIn current InformatIon about cloud seedIng programs In
neIghborIng states and Inform the DNR whether or not other
programs could affect seedIng rates and condItIons of thIs
program.

c. refraIn from IndIscrImInate seedIng or overseedlng.

d. present any dIsputes or conflIcts between thIs operatIon
and other operatIons wIthIn or outsIde Colorado to the
ExecutIve DIrector for resolutIon.

11. ApplIcant agrees to monItor envIronmental and pUblIc response to the
seedIng and to take approprIate actIons to mInImIze assocIated rIsks.

12. ApplIcant shall partIcIpate wIth the CItIzen AdvIsory CouncIl
establIshed by the DNR accordIng to the followIng:
