ApplIcant shall suspend seedIng If one or more of the following <br />occurs: <br /> <br />a. Weather forecasts or existing conditions indicate that more <br />than 0.7 inches of precIpItatIon (about 10 inches of snow) <br />Is lIkely to fall within 24 hours. PrecipItation will be <br />monItored by NAWC usIng a recording telemetered gauge <br />located on the Grand Mesa. <br /> <br />b. A winter storm warnIng (10 inches of snow in 24 hours) is <br />issued for the Grand Mesa region by the National Weather <br />ServIce. <br /> <br />c. The Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAlC) issues an <br />avalanche warnIng for the project area; <br /> <br />d. The Executive Director orders that seedIng be suspended. <br /> <br />7. ApplIcant shall consult wIth the CAlC before seedIng. <br /> <br />8. Applicant wIll arrange to make prelimInary measurements of sIlver <br />content In snow near the Spruce Lodge, Grand Mesa. <br /> <br />9. Applicant shall submIt the following reports: <br /> <br />a. Form WM3 (reportIng seedIng dates. generator numbers, and <br />intended results) bIweekly to the DNR. <br /> <br />b. A summary of WM3 bIweekly to: <br /> <br />1) DNR; <br /> <br />2) Newspapers In the project area (InclUdIng the Grand <br />JunctIon Daily SentInel. PalIsade Tribune, Delta County <br />Independent, Paonla North Fork TImes); <br /> <br />3) The Colorado State Patrol and the CAlC, <br />
