The person in control of the project must maintain a high level of coordination by <br />consulting with and informing the federal agencies, state agencies, local <br />governments, and private entities listed under the terms and conditions of the permit. <br /> <br />4. The maximum rate of release of silver iodide from any single generator will be <br />limited to the rate reasonably necessary to achieve the intended results in the target <br />areas. <br /> <br />5, The actual snowpack as measured by selected automated snotel sites will be <br />compared with the 30-year long term average suspension criteria at least on a <br />monthly basis. <br /> <br />6.
