<br />3. The person in control of the project must maintain a high level of coordination by <br />consulting with and informing the federal agencies, state agencies, local <br />governments, and private entities listed under the terms and conditions of the permit. <br /> <br />4. The maximum rate of release of silver iodide from any single generator will be <br />limited to the rate reasonably necessary to achieve the intended results in the target <br />areas. <br /> <br />5, The actual snowpack as measured by selected automated snotel sites will be <br />compared with the 30-year long term average suspension criteria at least on a <br />monthly basis. <br /> <br />6. The applicant must pay the annual 2% commercial fee estimated in the first year at <br />approximately $2,000. <br /> <br />7. The applicant must prepare written monthly progress reports and a final report at the <br />end of the project in accordance with the requirements of the permit. <br /> <br />8. The weather modification permit shall be further subject to such other terms and <br />conditions as are set forth in the permit. <br /> <br />9.
