Hjermstad, President of Western Weather Consultants, Inc., of Durango, Colorado. 2. The sponsors of the project are Vail Associates, Inc., Beaver Creek Associates, Inc., and Beaver Creek Resort Company of Colorado. 3. The person proposed to be in charge of the project for the sponsors is Lawrence M.
