We would also like to request a waiver of the requirement for <br />a Public Hearing which is allowable by you under {36-20-114 (2) }CRS. This waiver request is <br />based upon the twenty-five continuous years this Program has been operating. <br /> <br />If you were to require a Publi(;}I"otice of this Application to renew our Permit # 95-1, I have <br />enclosed a proposed "Notice of Intent to ModifY Weather" that could be available to publish. <br />This Notice could also be waived under the above-cited Statute. <br /> <br />I will be available by phone to discuss or answer questions concerning this renewal request at <br />your convenience.
