(At the t1me of grant1ng <br />th1s perm1t, no other seed1ng operat1ons are planned 1n <br />Colorado dur1ng the dates of this project.) <br /> <br />b. obta1n current information about cloud seeding programs in <br />neighboring states and inform the Department of Natural <br />Resources whether or not they might affect seed1ng rates and <br />conditions of th1s program. <br /> <br />c. refra1n from ind1scrimlnate seeding activities or <br />overseeding, which may be grounds for revocation of this <br />permit. <br /> <br />d. present any disputes or confl1cts between this operation and <br />other operat1ons wlth1n or outs1de Colorado to the Executive <br />Director for resolution. <br /> <br />11. Appl1cant shall participate with the C1tlzens Advisory Council <br />established by the Department of Natural Resources in accordance with <br />this paragraph. A local Citizen Advisory Council may be selected to <br />periodically review the cloud seeding operation and give advice on <br />aspects of the operation over Colorado. <br /> <br />12.. The State reserves the right to audit the books and records of <br />the Applicant for a period of two years after the termination of this <br />perm1t. <br /> <br />13. If any cloud seeding operation is projected to have an impact <br />on a neighboring State, the Applicant shall give full pr10r notice of <br />such seeding to the Governor's Office of the State and subm1t wr1tten <br />confirmation of seeding notice to the Executive D1rector. <br /> <br />14. Except as modified by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS herein, the <br />Applicant shall strictly conform to the operational plan as set forth in <br />his application. <br /> <br />15. <br />permit may <br />by law. <br /> <br />Violation or deviation of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this <br />result in revocation or suspension of the permit as provided <br /> <br />&:il/~ <br /> <br />David H.
