<br />. ~ <br /> <br />WEATHER MODIFICATION PERMIT <br /> <br />WY 85-5 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />6. Applicant shall suspend seed1Ag operations if: <br /> <br />a. Weather forecasts or actual storms produce unusually heavy <br />prec1p1tat10n or severe weather cond1t10ns 1n the project <br />area. <br /> <br />b. The Executive Director orders suspension of seed1ng activity <br />over Colorado. <br /> <br />7. Safeguards against hazardous effects, Paragraph 6.0, <br />Dperat10nal Plan, shall be followed. <br /> <br />8. App11cant shall subm1t reports on cloud seed1ng act1v1ty: <br /> <br />a. Form WM3 - 1nd1cat1ng dates and hours of all seed1ng f11ghts <br />over Colorado and the intended results b1-weekly: <br /> <br />to the Department of Natural Resources <br /> <br />b. A summary of form WM3 1nd1cat1ng on wh1ch days and overwh1ch <br />counties 1n Colorado seeding flights occured and the <br />1ntended results b1-weekly: <br /> <br />to the Department of Natural Resources <br />to newspapers 1n Cheyenne, K10wa, Prowers and Baca Counties <br /> <br />c. As spec1f1ed in C.R.S. S 36-20-117(3) a written f1nal <br />operational report, evalua~1ng the project, or an annual <br />operational report and an annual project evaluation, as the <br />case may be. A final operational report along w1th a <br />pre11m1nary sc1ent1f1c evaluat10n of the project shall be <br />f11ed no later than th1rty days after the complet10n of the <br />project. A f1nal complete sc1ent1f1c evaluat10n of the <br />project shall be f11ed no later than one hundred e1ghty days <br />after the complet10n of the project. An annual summary <br />report shall be filed sixty days prior to the renewal of a <br />perm1t under the prov1s10ns of C.R.S. S 36-20-114(2). All <br />such reports are pub11c records sUbject to the prov1s10ns <br />and 11m1tat1ons of part 2 of art1cle 72 of t1tle 24, C.R.S.: <br /> <br />To the Execut1ve D1rector of the Department of Natural <br />Resources <br /> <br />10.
