<br />OPERATIONS SUMMARY REPORT <br /> <br />This SUmm8ry report covers the period from February 15, 1977 <br /> <br /> <br />throuF,h'May 15, 1977. This was the ope~ational period for the <br /> <br /> <br />Central project area. The local environs in the vicinity of Asnen <br /> <br /> <br />could have been seFded as early as February 9, 1977 had there been <br /> <br /> <br />an opportunity. <br /> <br /> <br />Generator installation bep,an in the Aspen area first as the <br /> <br /> <br />contract with the group providing local monies to support the program <br /> <br /> <br />was signed well in advance of the State of Colorado portion. The <br /> <br /> <br />remainder of the network was installed and made operational as rapidly <br /> <br /> <br />as silver iodide solution was received. <br /> <br /> <br />For the period covered by this report, 17 seeding opportunities <br />were declared which covered all or parts of 30 calendar days. The <br />cumulative generator operation hours for the project duration were <br /> <br />4,2A7.67. <br />
