<br />DECISION AND PERMIT - Page 5 <br /> <br />The advisory councils shall be representative of geographic regions in the <br />project area and representative of the interests of the region (agriculture, <br />grazing, recreation, etc.) Included in such advisory councils shall be <br />representatives from the Rio Grande Water Conservation District, Concerned <br />Citizens for Environmental Protection (San Luis Valley) Ouray County, and <br />Grand Mesa Water Users Association. <br /> <br />Said advisory councils shall meet from time to time as necessary and as <br />specified by the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />Minutes of all advisory council meetings shall be mailed to the Executive <br />Director. <br /> <br />9. The Applicant shall submit Proof of Financial Responsibility through a <br />prepaid insurance policy.of $1 million in accordance with the provisions of <br />C.R.S. 1973 36-20-112 (1) (c) before this permit is valid. The. name of the <br />State of Colorado shall be included as a co-insured within the insurance policy. <br />This amount may be adjusted by the Executive Director. <br /> <br />10. The Applicant shall forward any additional Proof of Publication of <br />Notice of Intent to modify the weather not presented to the Executive Director <br />during the above mentioned hearing. <br /> <br />11. If any cloud seeding operation is projected to have an impact on the <br />State of Wyoming or the State of Utah, the Applicant shall give full prior <br />notice of such seeding to the Governor's Office of the State of Wyoming or the <br />State of Utah and submit written confirmation of seeding ttIice to the Executive <br />Director. <br /> <br />12. Except as modified by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS herein, the Applicant <br />shall strictly conform to the operational plan as set forth in his application. <br /> <br />13. Violation or deviation of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this permit may <br />result in revocation or suspension of the permit as provided by law. \ <br /> <br />(l~ 7f;t.. <br /> <br />Harris D.
