Denver Metro Area Report

Bob Steger. Denver Water
Mr. Steger reported Denver's reservoirs are about 74% full when they are usually 83% of average
for this time of the year. He stated the reservoirs are a little below average, and the snowpack in
the basins where Denver gets their water is also below average. Mr. Steger mentioned that the
customers are still doing a good job conserving water. Denver is also waiting to see what will
happen with the snowpack and precipitation in the next couple of months. He further
commented that a nonnal runoff season will mostly fill Denver's reservoirs.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:05 p.m.

-- Visual Presentations from the meeting can be seen on the CWCS Webpage, the
Conservation and Drought Planning Section at:

http://cwcb.state.co.us/owclDrought_Planning/Presentations/htm .

NEXT MEETING
The next meeting is planned for Friday, March 18, 2005, at the Division of Wildlife
Headquarters from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
