Therefore,full funding in the <br /> <br />amount of $453,000 is being requested from the Colorado Water <br /> <br />Conservation Board Construction Fund. If this funding is approved, <br /> <br />the district would have to repay the State $22,886 per year for forty <br /> <br />years for a total repayment of $915,440.
