<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />II <br />I <br />I I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The replacement water expected to be available to AGUA for the 1997 plan year totals 6,978 <br />acre-feet as compared to 6,176 acre-feet of replacement requirements (for its Arkansas River <br />Replacement Plan plus committments to substitute water supply plans). Table II shows the monthly <br />replacement requirements for the plan year and the sources and amounts of water available. The <br />table shows that AGUA has sufficient water in time and location to cover the depletions caused by <br />pumping of wells included in the plan. <br /> <br />At this time the monthly schedule of water available from Pueblo and the District is not <br />available. Table II shows an assumed monthly distribution which is desired by AGUA.
