<br />5.0 The Edit Menu <br /> <br />For example, the entity making a release from an upstream reservoir <br />might be recorded in this column. The comments column can also be <br />used to provide ancillary information concerning the river such as <br />available water. Comments pertaining to the Water Information Sheet <br />as a whole (not specific to a structure) should be entered in the Com- <br />ment field at the bottom of the WIS. <br /> <br />5.3.6 Calls In Place <br /> <br />Information regarding the current calls on the river is displayed <br />within the WIS dialog. To edit calls on the river, push the Edit Calls <br />button to bring up the Edit Calls dialog. This dialog is also available <br />from the main menu under Edit/Calls. <br /> <br />5.3.7 Exchanges in Place <br /> <br />The Exchanges in Place field displays a list of all exchanges as <br />listed in the current Water Information Sheet. To edit exchanges, use <br />the Exchange dialog. To view a list of all exchanges in place within <br />the South Platte Basin, use Query/Exchanges <br /> <br />5.3.8 Comments <br /> <br />The Comment field at the bottom of the WIS should be used for gen- <br />eral comments pertaining to the Water Information Sheet as a whole. <br />Comments specific to a structure on the sheet should be entered in the <br />Comments column for that structure. <br /> <br />5.4 Checksheet <br /> <br />This dialog allows the user to track the monthly accounting of the mainstem <br />reservoir releases. <br /> <br />5.4.1 Loading a Checksheet <br /> <br />From the main menu bar, select the EditlChecksheet menu item. <br />The date of the loaded Checksheet is based on the ending date of the <br />time interval specified in the Preferences dialog. To load a Check- <br />sheet from a different day than one currently displayed on your <br />screen, fill in the Checksheet Date field at the top of the dialog, <br />click the Clear button at the bottom of the Checksheet dialog to <br />erase the current Checksheet data, then click the Load button to read <br />the new data from the SPWRMS database. This action will produce a <br />similar effect as changing the ending date on the Preferences dialog <br />and selecting Edit / Checksheet. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />~/""",\" <br />
