Comments pertaining to the Water Information Sheet as a whole (not specific to a structure) should be entered in the Com- ment field at the bottom of the WIS. 5.3.6 Calls In Place Information regarding the current calls on the river is displayed within the WIS dialog. To edit calls on the river, push the Edit Calls button to bring up the Edit Calls dialog. This dialog is also available from the main menu under Edit/Calls. 5.3.7 Exchanges in Place The Exchanges in Place field displays a list of all exchanges as listed in the current Water Information Sheet. To edit exchanges, use the Exchange dialog. To view a list of all exchanges in place within the South Platte Basin, use Query/Exchanges 5.3.8 Comments The Comment field at the bottom of the WIS should be used for gen- eral comments pertaining to the Water Information Sheet as a whole. Comments specific to a structure on the sheet should be entered in the Comments column for that structure. 5.4 Checksheet This dialog allows the user to track the monthly accounting of the mainstem reservoir releases. 5.4.1 Loading a Checksheet From the main menu bar, select the EditlChecksheet menu item. The date of the loaded Checksheet is based on the ending date of the time interval specified in the Preferences dialog. To load a Check- sheet from a different day than one currently displayed on your screen, fill in the Checksheet Date field at the top of the dialog, click the Clear button at the bottom of the Checksheet dialog to erase the current Checksheet data, then click the Load button to read the new data from the SPWRMS database.
