He did indicate that the <br />Beaver Park Water District is the major water user on the Beaver Creek drain- <br />age and that the only other user, the Division of Wildlife, diverts upstream. <br />Also, because of Beaver Park's senior decrees and because of an existing <br />futile call for 8 cfs and under, the Beaver Park system normally dries up the <br />stream during most of the irrigation season. It does not appear that there <br />will be any problems arising concerning water rights in the vicinity of the <br />Beaver Creek drainage because of Beaver Park being about the only user in that <br />area.
