<br />SECTIOO 1. 34-63-101, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, is
<br />REPEALED AND REENAC'lED, wrrn AMENIJ.IENTS, to read:

<br />34-63-101. State treasurer to receive and. distribute
<br />mineral leas~ ~ts. In accordance with the provisions of
<br />sect10n 35 of the ral mineral lands leasing act of February
<br />25, 1920, as lII1Vmded, the state treasurer is directed to deposit
<br />and distribute any lID1eys now held or to be received by the state
<br />of Colorado from the Ulited States as the state's share of sales,
<br />bonuses, royalties, and rentals of public lands within this
<br />state, for the benefit of the public schools and political
<br />subdivisions of this state and for other purposes in accordance
<br />with the provisions of sections 34-63-102 and 34-63-103.
