(1967). <br /> <br />149-1-15. Emplovment of temporary personnel. - The Colo- <br />rado water conservation board is authorized and empowered to <br />employ such persons, and enter into such co-operative under- <br />takings with agencies of government as it may deem advisable <br />for carrying out the work outlined in section 149-1-14. The <br />employment in this sectionre~erred to is of such persons as <br />the Colorado water conservation board finds may be necessary <br />to meet an emergency by employing temporary personnel to sup- <br />plement the work of regular state employees. it being the <br />purpose of this law to provide for the utmost speed in accom- <br />plishing its purposes. The Colorado water conservation board <br />may grant such authority as it deems necessary or proper to <br />the persons it may designate to carry out the provisions of <br />sections 149-1-15 and 149-1-16, inclusive. (1953). <br /> <br />149-1-16. Reports. - The Colorado water conservation board <br />shall cause the results of the studies to be embodied in <br />written reports, copies of which shall be held in the offices <br />of said board as a public record available for the use of any <br />interested person, and a copy of each of said reports shall <br />be sent to each member of the general assembly. (1967). <br /> <br />(2) Publication of studies conducted by the board and <br />other publications circulated in quantity outside the division <br />shall be subject to the approval and control of the coordina- <br />tor of the division of natural resources. (1964). <br /> <br />149-1-18. Assent to water resources planninq act. - (1) The <br />state of Colorado, by and through the Colorado water conser- <br />vation board, hereby assents to the provisions of the act of <br />Congress entitled "Water Resources Planning Act", approved <br />July 22, 1965. The Colorado water conservation board is <br />hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to perform such <br />acts as may be necessary to the conduct and establishment of <br />a comprehensive water planning program as defined in Title <br />III of said act and in conformity with such rules and regula- <br />tions as may be promulgated by the water resources council <br />
