Greater efticiency in the use of water, <br />. Development of reuse supplies, <br />. Creation of storage space, <br />. Increased use of alluvial aquifers used in conjunction with <br />surface supplies, <br />. Water conservation, infrastructure improvements, <br />. Increased use of raw water for landscape irrigation, <br />. Transmountain water transfers, <br />. Settlement of un quantified water rights, <br />. Purchase of senior irrigation rights. <br />. Artificial recharge of groundwater aquifer, <br /> <br />Not surprisingly, a factor which is a threat to one agency may be <br />perceived as an opportunity to another.
