There were also <br />56,181 direct flow rights with a lotal absolute right of 310,300 <br />cfs and a lolal conditional right of 250,600 cfs, Given the tolal <br />statewide available supply of 15,600,000 acre-feet, it is clear Ihat <br />unappropriated water would no longer exist in Ihe state if all con- <br />dilional rights were to be developed. In addition, development <br />of conditional rights already granted would have to be curtailed <br />in some regions in order to meet Ihe state's compact obligations. <br /> <br />4-6 <br /> <br />...
