The Recovery Program will require the appropriation <br />of recovery instream flows by the Slafes of Colorado. Wyoming <br />and Utah to improve the habitat of the Colorado squawfish. hump- <br />back chub, bony tail chub and razorback sucker. Although Colo- <br />rado has not determined its total in stream flow appropriations <br />for the Recovery Program, the amount will be large and will sig- <br />nificanlly impacl when future water rights will have waler avail- <br />able to them.
