PREFACE

This Water Conservation Plan, adopted by the Ken-Caryl Ranch
Water and Sanitation District's Board of Directors, contains the
Denver Water Department's Conservation Master Plan along with
excerpts from other agreements, rules, regulations, codes, etc.
as they may apply to water conservation and the Ken-Caryl Ranch
Water and Sanitation District.

This plan was prepared in conformity with the requirements of the
laws of the State of Colorado concerning water conservation at
section 37-60-126 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
