The Owners further agree to use their <br />best efforts to cause like requirements to be included in the <br />covenants, conditions and restrictions to which the Property or <br />parts thereof are hereafter subjected. The Parties agree that the <br />comm~tment of Ken-Caryl to serve 854 single-family equivalent sewer <br />taps shall not be reduced or compromised in any way due to the use <br />or non use of low flow fixtures regardless of the availability of <br />such technology. The requirements to install or use low flow <br />fixtures shall be in effect only to the extent that they do not <br />conflict with Littleton's COdes, as such Codes exist from time to <br />time. <br /> <br />9.
