WHEREAS. pursuant to the laws of the Colorado Revised
Statue 37-60-126, a Water Conservation Plan has been
written: and

WHEREAS, the City of Brighton has complied with the 60 day
public review period; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brighton caused
tJ be published in the Brighton Standard Blade notice of a
?ublic Hearing on this ~ate to hear comments from the
citizens of Brighton re~rding the Water Conservation Plan.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Brighton, Colorado that the Water Conservation
Plan be adopted as written and herein incorporated as
P~t tachrne:nt "A".

ADOPTED, this 17th day of June 1997.
