Any persan, perscns, ar \ carporation <br />conducting a weather IIXJdification aperatian withaut first having <br />procured a license and pennit, ar who. shall make a false statement in <br />the applicatian far a license ar pennit, ar who. shall fail to. file any ,I <br />report ar reports as required by this article, ar who. shall conduct <br />any weather, modification aperatian after revocation af a license ar <br />denial, revacatian, IIXJdificatian, ar temparary suspension af a pennit <br />for aperatian, ar who. shall vialate any ather pravisians af this <br />article, shall be guilty af a misdemeanar, and upon conviction, if a <br /> <br />person, shall be fined nat mare than one thausand dallars ar <br />imprisoned nat mare than sixty days, ar bath; and, if a corporation, <br /> <br />shall be fined not more than ane thausand dallars. Each such <br /> <br />vialation shall be a separate affense. <br />151-1-26. Severability clause.
