Please identifj any community involvement anlicipated or planned as parr of your <br />project, <br /> <br />This would be a project designed and written by the City of Arvada Parks and <br />Public Works Departments staff and then taught by the same persons to any other <br />city, county, state, or school district park/landscape maintenance personnel. <br /> <br />5. How might you propose sharing the results of the project with your community? <br /> <br />See item #2. Also, publication of results in MWCI monograph series. The <br />public at large will see efficient watering practices in use and support the <br />program. <br /> <br />6. Describe any innovative features of your project or anticipated benefits to your <br />agency and others. <br /> <br />Use of lap top computer and unique software for field use and real time use. <br /> <br />7. If the planning and/or implementaTion of your project involves more than one <br />agency, please list all participants. <br /> <br />It only involves Arvada in planning and implementing the program, although <br />support from the Colorado Office of Water Conservation, MWCI, Colorado <br />Water Utility Council, Xeriscape Colorado and others is welcome. <br /> <br />8. Estimate of time to complete project (months). <br /> <br />I feel we could complete the project in six months and be ready to start the <br />training. <br /> <br />Page -3- <br />
