For 60 days, from March 29 until May 27, a draft plan <br />was available for public review and comment. On Tuesday, May 14, 1996, a public <br />meeting was held to explain the plan and solicit additional comments. After the public <br />comment period, the plan was revised to reflect comments received, and conservation <br />measures were established. <br /> <br />Page 3 <br />
