<br />STERLING WATER CONSERVATION PLAN <br /> <br />"'!AY 28, 1996 <br /> <br />The total domestic water production since 1988 is graphically shown in Figure 2. Total <br />domestic production has averaged 3,455 ac-fVyr. since 1988. Through 1992, total <br />production remained fairly constant, ranging between 3,000 and 3,200 ac-fVyr. Since <br />1992, total production has increased each year to a current demand of about 4,300 ac- <br />ftIyr.
